Q: How can I watch the Sketchbook Revival videos?

Q: I'm having trouble with the passwords for the Sketchbook Revival videos.
A: Instead of typing the passwords in, try cutting and pasting them into the password box/field, that usually does the trick.
Q: I am looking for art techniques classes.
A: If you are wanting to follow an art class, please go the Sketchbook Revival 2021 or 2022 sessions that you have continued access to.
Q: I'm looking for a particular week's video and/or worksheet.
A: You will be able to get to all of the videos and worksheets through the Course Hub.
Q: Do I have to join Facebook to participate in Find Your Flow?
A: No, Facebook is an optional way to share your work with other participants in the course. All course content is delivered by email.
Q: I've never used Facebook before, or am not sure how to navigate the group Facebook page.
A: You can find a Facebook Orientation video with pointers on this page.
Q: I don't have a printer, can I still use the course worksheets?
A: The worksheets are fillable PDFs, which means you can type directly into them from your computer if you aren't able to print them out.
Q: The videos aren't playing for me, what should I do?
A: This sounds too easy, but first, reboot your device. If that doesn't work, try a different web browser (for example, if you are using Safari, try using Google Chrome) and after that you can try clearing your cache and cookies or using a different device.
Q: Some of the videos do not have closed captioning and I would like to have it.
A: There is an easy and free way to activate live captioning on any video. Make sure you have dowloaded Google Chrome to your computer and click on this link for instructions on how to install this feature on your browser.
Q: When are the Zoom Flow Together Meet-Ups and how do I attend?

Q: I am unable to attend the Zoom Flow Together Meet-Ups, will they be recorded?
A: Yes, the Meet-Ups will be recorded and posted within 24 hours after we meet on that week's Video & Tool webpage which you can access via the Course Hub.
Q: The closed captioning on Zoom is limited and/or is not working.
A: The closed captioning/live transcription we are using is only available in the main Zoom room and not in the breakout rooms. To be able to see the Live Transcription you need to be using the Zoom desktop client (downloaded onto your computer) or the Zoom mobile app, it is not available while using Zoom on a web browser.
Q: I am not getting my daily inspiration emails.
A: Check your spam/junk folder, sometimes they like to hide there. You can also search your inbox for emails from [email protected]. If you still aren't finding them, please send an email so we can help you out.
Q: I am unable to follow the course during the month of May, will I be able to access all of the materials later?
A: Yes, you have lifetime access to all of the content, plus you will be able to download and save the content for your convenience.
